With a diverse set of contributors from practice, academia, and the community, Healing Healthcare is a poignant exploration of the intricate challenges within the healthcare landscape post-pandemic and solutions for change. This collaborative effort serves as a beacon of hope, paving the way for a truly healed and resilient healthcare ecosystem.
At its core, Healing Healthcare amplifies the voices of nurse leaders. This book is filled with the solutions, action steps, and strategies to fix our broken healthcare system, divided into three distinct sections: Workforce, Well-Being, and Wisdom.
